IT Assistance is designed for organisations that have already have inhouse IT support or somebody at the office capable of supporting the users and the day-to-day running of the IT system.

Whether your IT person has another full-time job within the company we can assist them in the day-to-day IT maintenenace/support or project manage larger projects for them such as server installations etc.

If you have an experienced IT manager/Systems administrater, they may require help on more complex projects. We can also provide cover for holiday and sickness periods on a pre-planned or ad-hoc basis.
